Yes, I use Zaino on black cars. It looks sweet.

    It's actually a polish, not a wax..

    Expensive but good stuff.

I used it on my Black GT and it truly is awesome, but the results on my silver car were good but not good enough to justify the price. I have been using the Meguires NXT stuff on my silver car...

I can't remeber off hand which steps I used but you just apply it like wax. I don't know if it will remove swirl marks however, it has no abrasives in it. If you have stuff like that you might want to look into getting it buffed.

Use a ROB with a foam pad. Its the safest way to buff and wax, if inexperienced. I use Griots Garage products and I love them, but they too are expensive and mail-order.

Z5 is good for swirl removal... I got the whole kit from Zaino, bought a couple of his kits now. Good stuff but expensive..

Very good but very expensive. There's other stuff that, in my opinion, will give you a great look and the difference is hardly discernable.

Dan - Zaino Z5 doesn't remove swirls it fills them.

I have used Zaino too. It does make a black car look great, but the stuff doesn't last very long on the car. I use the Meguiars stuff now and it stays on the car longer and looks just as good.

Where do you buy Zaino? I have been using Zymol, and I really like it.

Zymol is overpriced junk, but it does smell good.

Liquid Luster available at most auto stores is also half decient buff, wax orbital or by hand. it is cheap and works decient frum my expierance. it is pink and comes in a old fashioned bottle. past that Snap-On makes a product that is good but i can't remember the name. i'm sure it is made by Maguires or something but it also has a paint sealer in it. i have used it a few times on black cars and has worked out alright.

Anthem, Snap-on Anthem is the correct name. it fills the bill

                              Another Zaino user here.

It may be expensive, but you don't need much. I can do my Impala and Silverado with a little over one ounce per vehicle. It goes on real thin and lasts along time. The Silverado is a daily driver and still beads pretty good for having not been touched in 8 months.

Zaino doesn't leave any powdery residue. It also doesn't seem to attract dust like many other products. Some products have a lot of static that attracts dust.

The first time with Zaino does take some time, but after that it is easy and quick.
