I think I picked up about 15HP from long tubes and prochamber. Hard to tell because my first baseline was on a different dyno than the one that I got the post exhuast numbers on.
On my car which has pretty much full bolt-ons except catback made about 7hp more when we did a pull on the same dyno after Sweet35th disconnected the catback for S's and G's. So there is some power to be had by upgrading to a good flowing catback.

Longtubes with an off road h pipe and some flowmasters/magnaflow/MAC will be a nice increase

seems nice? how do i find a catback to match it and long tubes? also how big of a difference from catless to hi flow? my friend with a 2001 gt said dont go catless because his dads is just too loud.

there are 3 sections to your exhaust. headers, x pipe or pro chamber, cat back exhaust. Pricing -$429 for ceramic coated 1 5/8" lontubes, $229 for off road pro chamber, $299 for cat back system with dual 2.5" SS tips. All from MAC so they fit together. Sound is good. The flowmasters tend to be a little tiring after awhile. I have the headers and pro chamber in stock. The cat back will be in on Wednesday.

Guys we have tested the MAC exhaust on a 511rwhp 4.6L mustang. Ran the car with the complete exhaust on the dyno, then dropped the prochamber and cat-back and ran it open headers. The car picked up 0HP with open headers, making the MAC prochamber and cat-back an absolute 0 restriction.

I love the sound of my Borla, but its hard to argue with those results. The increase in throttle response with long tube headers on a 99+ 4.6L is worth it alone.
I send myself PM's so I roll with a full inbox! Sweet35th style!
