If the fuel and spark are both there and good it should at least fire start for a minute. Does it turn over well? Battery starter ground wire?

The regulator is on the return side. There could be a fuse out going to the computer.

You could unplug an injector and test it with a test light. They pulse neg while cranking.

this is why cars suck. sometimes they just take a crap on you. is there another fuse box on a mustang that i do not know about? only one i know is on the driver side by my knee. no its not the ground cable to block either.

If it cranks and cranks, then check the plugs to see if the fuel injectors are opening. The plugs will be wet if the injectors are opening. Dry if they are not opening.

check your cap and rotor you might have snapped the rotor or fried them, and verify you are getting spark from the coil...

Ok. So you have spark. How did you check. An easy way to check all cylinders is to put a timing light on each wire one at a time. After that all you should have to do is check you plugs and then go from there. So far the diagnosis is still my car won't start. Some cars have another larger fuse block under the hood. Injectors often cause problems. I had a 4 cylinder and sometimes one injector would stick open after shuting car off. The the motor would get flooded with gas. This can easily be checked with the oil dipstick. but on an 8 cylinder if one injector is fucked the car should still run.

What happens when you turn it over. Does it fire at all? more diagnosis is needed to pinpoint anything. after checking plugs you should know alot more.
