    Fuel Line

I'm doing a v8 swap on my lx and i've been getting by with jimmy rigged fuel lines from the 4cyl. what do i need to do this. I was thinking of running steel lines from the tank to the engine bay, then stainless braided lines to the fuel rails. i also have stock fuel rails. basically what i'm asking is what size lines should i use and what kind of fittings to go from tank to steel lines and from steel to stainless flex hose. I see that russel makes AN fittings for the stock fuel rail.

Id use braided lines all the way with AN fittings.
Not sure what size to use on a stock motor though.
I have AN 8 as my feed but thats big enough to support alot of horses.

well the reason i want to use steel lines is... i'm broke and braided the whole way is more spendy. but lets say i did run braided te whole way what kind of ends do you use.

i'm still very confused what to buy, i need fuel lines really bad but i really can't afford nor justify $150-$200 for fuel lines. the braided end seems to be straight forward, hose end to AN fitting. but i'm not sure how to go from braided to stainless or aluminum hard lines. and from stock fuel tank to hard lines. any help is apreciated. I really want to get this car done for bbq. still got lots to go though

Just go on the summit website and look up "hose ends" in the search section.
Thats all i used ... i did a single braided line to a fuel block then it splits into two and each one feeds each rail all using 8 AN hose ends.
Then i did my return using 6 AN after the regulator or course.

          Here check it out ....

          There are zillions of them.

well i think i'm just going to bite the bullet and run braided the whole way to the tank.

any 1 have any idea what size AN hose end will fit on the stock fuel tank lines. my guess is -6 AN but i'm not too sure.
