Replacing window trim at top of door

I have to help a buddy replace the rubber window trim at the top of the door, the trim that touches the glass (on the door exterior). It runs the length of the door. Does it just pull off? Any clips behind it? Can anyone give an explanation on how to do it? I attached a pic of exactly the piece I am referring to.

Yes they just pull off.. pretty easy
