Take a plug out and hold it against something metal while someone cranks the motor over. But I thought I remember you saying that you didnt replace your fuel pump when some knowlegable people advised you to do so.

oh that was for my nx kit but i cheacked fuel pressure at 100 shot and the fuel pressure didnt move so i ran a 75 to be safe.

but my new fuel pump is for when i run 100+ shot once i have time to put it in.

It's possible you have a spark problem. I would think you would hear a miss periodically though. What kind of spark plugs are you running with the NOS? I hope they are not factory plugs, with the factory gaps.. EEK! Check the plugs and make sure none of them are melted from the NOS. If they are, let us know.

You can do what Kickassflash said. You will see a nice strong arc if everthing is correctly. Make sure you do it in a dim area. It'll make it easier to see the arc. Do one plug at a time.

I remeber checking Joe M's POS car and it had a weak spark due to the battery. You could pull all your cables off and see what the battery has for juice after sitting all night. Should be in the area of 12volts, but I don't remeber you saying anything about having problems with the engine turning over so this probably isn't it.

Look for a owners manual online. I'm sure it'll tell you when you need to check the distributor and stuff during city driving. I usually just change things out when the manual says to check stuff. Might be overkill, but it's just how I do things.

Might have moisture in the distributor. After you drive around the heat evaporates it. Open up your distributor before you start it in the morning and look for water.

What about a loss of fuel pressure from a leaky injector? This could present similar starting woes. What about the IAC not functioning? Many things, but fuel or ignition from the sounds of it.

You can also use Carb cleaner to spray the sensor off.
