I knew of that one, but I think there are more, one being under the a car connecting the chassis to the frame of something. I dont know where or if there are more someplace else. I am having electrical problems carry over from last year and I want to cover all the bases before I start blaming componants or rewire everything.

Look for green headed bolts. I think Ford "generally" coats all the chassis grounds with some sort of green mark so they always know where they go.
Are you having a ground/interference problem with a certain system (abs, security, ignition?)
You could try to add a dedicated ground to the problamatic system to see if it changes/goes away.
