    seat is broke,is there a cure without a new

    my drivers seat broke,the right side of it is really sloppy now, i dont know if it is just a pin or not havnt had anytime to look at it. so if there is anyone out there that has experienced the same thang i would appreciate the advise, thanks for your time foxattack

    that happend to my seat too. It ended up being that front left drivers seat bolt braket broke. I had a budy with a welder weld it back on and its been great ever since. This was on my '90 Gt and I still have those seats thier now in my '89 LX reason why, black interior man!

      Get the wigger lean because the metal frame inside the seat breaks...You can pull the fabric off of the seat back and weld the frame and then reinstall the fabric....Paul

            Go with after market ones!! My buddy has red ones, but I'm sure you have gray or black

                just pull it and have it rewelded mine did the same thing I welded it back together and added some braceing the spot they break is realy weak.
                it's almost allstock! except the wheels.

                  I got the seat lean. It is only something BROKEN inside? Not bent? I always thought they bent which would be much harder to fix without taking the whole seat apart.

                    Take the fabric off, you'll see the break. They allways break in the same areas. Easy fix...or just enjoy that ghetto lean.

                        i never got the lean in my stock seats, but i would think that would suck ass to drive around like that.

                          I had the gehto lean on both seats also. Pull the cover off, twist straight and hold while someone welds the braces.
