    fox hatch question...

    hey,
dont know where to post this question but... I'm going to pick up a hatch off of a foxbody, its clean no rust, or any dents. Im wondering if it will fit in my fullsize Bronco? I'm thinking it will, but not positive. Anyone know how wide the hatch is in length?
    Thanks

It will fit. Put the back seat down, and it should sit in it at an angle.

Either way you could tie it down to the roof. C'MON!

and then give it to me.

                Indeed.

though it shouldn't be a problem, i have fit all kinds of stuff in my 78' FSB, but then again it may be bigger than the early 90's Foxtrot Sierra Bravo...

I was thinking the same thing. I had to read it twice. Hatch on the Bronco? WTF!!! Oh, hatch in the bronco. That makes sense.

I will say its gonna be close. I have had to buy multiple hatches...and I can tell you its no where close to fitting in a new style blazer (obvious), but I think you should be ok. those broncos are wide! just be sure to bring a cruddy blanket and some straps encase you have to roof it.

                        lol guys!

the hatch that im picking up will be hauled back home in my Bronco. I believe it will fit, those older broncos are pretty much the same size!

Now instead of me measuring my hatch that on my stang in storage far far away, I had to psot this question on here.

Sure thier has to be someone that had thier pretty lil fox body in thier nice heated garage right? I assume they would of a tape measure in their tool box tooo? How wise are those mustang hatches, like 35" in length is so it iwll fit fine.

When do you need the measurement by? I can tell you the dimensions tomorrow afternoon (when I get back from school).

picked it up last night over in hicktown, Wisconsin. I ended up being only 1 hour away from GreenBay. lol Yep, the hatch fit like a glove inside my Fullsize Bronco! The mustang was near mint, and rust free. He got it cheap, some kid slid of the road and messed up the passenger front pony rim, and suspention. The guy has plenty of stang parts. I'll post up some pics of that stang that he has.

heres the link that I found from him on Ebay. He's got plenty of fox body stang parts. Definatetly worth the drive.
