I need to know where in the St. Paul and Minneapolis area to get Race Gas that is 100 Octane or better and is Non-Leaded.

yea, and your in coon rapids, so its about the same drive.
and there are not "that many" places to choose from for UNleaded race gas in the TWIN CITIES, 99% of the places around are not going to be in "minneapolis or st paul", it will be in a suburb.

Kath Auto used to have 105 unleaded along with reg. race gas, been several years since I've been in the market though.... There are a little south of 694 on Rice Street.Dan Simons

Also, I work in Minneapolis. Much easier to get it after work, then late at night.

there is some places that have 104+ unlead, but they are RARE.
you can run leaded for only a short time and not very often, it basically fouls your o2 sensor after running it for a while. running it once or twice shouldnt hurt to much. you may have to change plugs afterwards, but its not going to "blow up" or anything.

It's actually on Randolph (I think) and Hamline, a couple blocks south of 94.
