Vert top cylinder

I just got my new cylinder in for my top and now I don't know how to fill the pump and lines back up...anyone?

the fill plug is on the pump reservoir. Just fill the reservoir, run the top up and down, put more fluid in it, and repeat. It does nto take a lot of fluid. I have been told to use ATF, not hydraulic fluid. That is what I used when I replaced my pump and so far so good.

Thanks for the info, that is what i thought but it never hurts to get a second opinion
