My diff is leaking and i don't have a manual. What weight of oil and what other additives do i need for a 2001 gt?

75-140 is recomended if you have the trac-loc rear. 80-90 if it's a one-wheel wonder. Need to add the slip-loc additice (for the clutches) per Ford's specs.
