VALVE SPRING INSTALL

I recently purchased this kit, and have a question about the valve locks. There are two bags in the kit (each bag has shims and locks), but they are not labeled intake or exhaust. The only difference I can see is the thickness of the shims in the two bags.

I am going off the assumption that the thicker shims are for the exhaust valves.
Is this correct?

correct, you are replacing the rotators (bearing type thing) that are built into the stock retainers on the exhaust.
