My friends and I get bat boxes from sporting goods stores. And the wire from welding stores, like Troll. I/O for way cheap!

home depot has the wire cheap cut to length, you can pick up the ends either there or at an autoparts store, battery boxes vary but it really depends on your car, for example if you have a hatchback you need to get an enclosed box with a vent tube to be legal since there is not "wall" separating the trunk from the cab...but since you have a 94 all you really need to be legal is 2 3/8" studs with a strip of aluminum holding the battery down, so you would just need a 3/8" all-thread bar and a 2-3" wide strip of aluminum also available at home deopt ... all that leaves is the cut-off switch which you can either go with a moroso for like $30-40 or a flaming river for like $80...
for mine i think it broke down about like this:
2 Gauge wire (red and Black) was like $10-20
4 2 Gauge wire ends i think was under $10
3/8" all-thread was under $5
2-3" wide strip of aluminum was like $6-8
Moroso cut-off was i believe $35
for the cut-off push/pull switch:
i got a 6-8" 1/4" bolt, a lawn mower pull-start t-handle, and the assosciated 1/4" nuts
all together under $10
i have yet to install the push/pull switch but assembled actually looked pretty slick...

Need to have a switch out the back no matter who ya are... If the battery is in the back the switch needs to be there too.

looks like you misunderstood my question...i was trying to ask when you run the battery cut-off switch are they requiring an alternator cut-off wired into it as well? i remember it being kinda a grey area a couple years ago but never found out for sure...
