tranmition problem

ok it drive find it shift fine from a dig. the only thing is when i am going about 60-70 and i hit it all the way down it reves up to hit 2nd and some times it redlines befor it ceatches (maby i never noticed it)

then also how do u know when ur u joints are going out because i feel a little clunk when i tap the gas going 35 or so like the trany to the rear is louse.

IS your AOD stock?? They are natorious for pressure problems. Did you mean to say when you step on it at 60 or 70 it has a hard time going into drive or (3rd) From overdrive??

My C4 did similar things, turned out to be second gear band was gone and ate the drum too
