Does any one know there way around Anderson Ford's PMS system? Thinking about buying a used pre '04 model, but I need some one to tune it that knows what there doing. Does any one know of any body

The Anderson PMS was something that I was going to buy. I reasearched the hell out of them! Then I talked to people that know what they are talking about and ran away from the PMS like the plague!
Brian at Htms said it is a band-aid and it will not be as good as a tune. Ok but maybe he is partial to in-house tunes. So then I talked to jon garner and he kinda agreed with brian. the PMS is not so great. Jon then enlightened me to the TwEECer. I then did reasearch on that and found it to be a VERY nice piece of tuning.!! Oh the TwEEcer is also cheeper than the PMS...

PMS is very user friendly. It cant get the tune down as nicely as a Tweecer though

I was also thinking about getting another chipo burned because the one I have now only has one tune on it. What I would need is a chip w/ 2-3 tunes on it.86 SoldComment

i had the anderson ford p.m.s. system.
hated it, always gave me problems. had to send it to efi systems( they make it for anderson) for them to fix it and when i got it back it still acted up.
anderson ford was no help at all after the sale. basically wanted $$$ for info and a program. this place WILL NEVER get my business again.
your money is better spent elsewhere. if you are not changing your combo, get a chip tuned by someone who know what they are doing.
