Ok I'm wanting to swap an FI manifold and all the hardware from a T-bird. How hard would it be and is it worth it. I'm even thinking about taking all the parts from the Supercoupe.
It shouldn't be too bad. '86 Mustangs had all the provision for fuel injection, but you'll have to do the swap pretty much like you'd be doing a Carb->EFI swap.
The fuel lines are different, the pump is different (Multi-port pumps run at higher pressures), and of course all of the wiring would need to be changed out.
In the end, a Fuelie 5.0 swap would only be about ... oh.... a cherry picker and another 3-4 days worth of work.

But theres also lots of $$$$$$ that I don't have. So would you think the supercoupe parts would work also? I'm knowing I have to swap computer and harness. So would I also have to change the fuel lines and pump?

The lines and the pump will work.
You won't want the SuperCoupe parts because they're setup for forced induction. You'll get wayyy rich across the power band and the resolution will be very poor for N/A. Meaning worse power, worse gas milage, etc.
