Largest TB, EGR on stock intake?

Any way possiable to put on a Accufab 75mm TB and EGR on a stock intake. I know that sounds weird but I am trying to get the most I can out of my car W/O installing a new intake. Or what is the largest I can go? It is just something that I am playing around with. Also anybody know who can port a stock intake? Yes, I know that it would just be cheaper to buy a new intake for what I want to do.

No I do not want to put on a new intake.

Cuz I have had other cars in the past and "go hog wild" on them and then I get bored with them. I thought I would make it interesting with this car and see just how far I can push a stock intake.

I have a S/C now and am toying around the idea of Methane or NOS right now

Hell, look at the rest of my car. Nothing really makes sence any more.

no need for it, I have seen 65 and 70 mm tbs handle over 600 hp no problem while still providing decent street manners. I have a 70 for sale if you want it.

well if you have a blower on that car the stock intake is going to be a huge restriction even if it is ported.

its like trying to breathe through a straw.

just port it yourself. you will have a much better feeling of the fact that you made it better.

atleast thats what I keep telling my self.

just cut off the end of the upper plenum and get out your dremmel and some carbide bits and have fun for a few weeks.

i have a mint 70mm accufab throttle body and EGR i'm trying to sell, fyi.

ps- holley/weiand sells a stock lower intake that is ported. just don't plan on revving that thing very high with a stock upper intake.

I tried using my 75 TB and spacer on my stock intake and the car barely ran. I think it was the sudden change from 75mm to 58mm creating turbulance

Hmm...all good points. I just "fixed" my turbulance problems with a univer maf, and don't really want to get back to those problems again. It is just after hearing so manny belly achers talking about there stock intake that I wanted to see just how far I could push things. I find if I make small fun goals to achieve I am much happier with the results. I mean I make good money but it seems like everywhere I turn my head there is someone with more money willing to dump it into there car! And I have been that guy before dumping my enlistment bonus on a S-10 and got bored with it. This car has been so much fun tinkering with things and I have about half the money into it. I just get a kick out of being a shade different. I see people with stock motors with TFS 90mm box set ups and think to myself....

I haven't heard of anybody pushing a stock intake to the max yet so this should be fun! I'll tell ya all when I am ready to take it to get it dyno tuned and post the results.

You are definately going to want to open the mouth of the stock intake to the size of the TB and spacer. I had these issues before I did the MAF conversion

port the intake and put a 90mm accufab unit on it..... will act like a boxed upper with the giant restriction in the intake

I really dont think larger TB's are worth the money unless your making big power. Money better spent elsewhere.
