Need someone with '99+ stock hood scoop to measure...

...how far from the back of the hood to the back of the scoop. I picked one up and its now painted, want to install soon, just need to know where to place it.....

Hey Dan,

The stock scoop is 5" form the center rear edge of the hood to the center rear edge of the scoop.

Thanks, and thanks. Thats all the measurement I needed. Got my first race with the 5.4 installed yesterday, a friend just picked up a '94 Cobra with full exhaust on it, I pulled about a length on him from 30-100. Not bad for a stock E150 van motor....
