need some very basic electrical help

-need help mounting and wiring electric fan
-wiring some other minor things up
-windows are loose
-power locks don't work

If it's similar to the Thirdgens of the same era there should be 2-3 adjustable felt supports along the inner top rail. I would remove them and check that the metal hasn't worn through as they will scratch the glass. Should be a 10mm.
Otherwise it's just a matter of adjusting the tracks. People often fiddle with the tracks instead of cleaning the old gummed up grease form 30 years ago, so I would clean and re-grease before adjusting anything.

Power locks are easy to figure out if you have a meter to check the voltage at the switch and actuator. Or you can try applying power to the actuator.

Yeah i got my windows tinted 2 weeks ago they are already really scratched.
