Dealers how can i tell if a title will transfer salvage Texas car

This is a Texas care i know it was in a fender bender. Wondering is their any way to tell if the title will transfer salvage to Minnesota. He says it has a clear title and that Texas titles will be marked salvage on title if its salvaged. His wording is "CLEAR BLUE TITLE" he gave me the vin was going to car fax it soon to confirm what he told me about the car but dont want to wast the money if their is a way to tell if it will transfer salvaged. I tried to research it and it is very mixed on what this means some say clear some say salvage. Some say their loan place put it as clear but title came back salvaged.

I just bought the car fax im a pretty impatient person. Came back as clear if you have some other check i would be interested also.

Will do old man lives in Houston tx what to try some rust free cars for a change. Whats your usually rate for texas for full sized car. I was just gonna fly down and hang out with my father and drive it back if i get it. But I might like not driving.
