How do you check a supercharger pulley for run-out with common garage tools?

I bought a Reichard Racing blower pulley from a guy off eBay. The single listing photo showed only the front of the pulley. When I received it I looked at the back side and it has a bunch of pulley-puller scars on it and it is peened over on the rear flange. If it runs straight I'll probably keep it for the $45 bucks I paid, but if it's bent I'll want my money back.

I don't have a metal lathe or anything very precise, but I have a dial indicator. How can I check it at home?
