fitting a 275/60/15

depends on the wheel you're running. taking the the quad shocks off or flipping them is key, and you might have to just have to roll the fender lips.

i'm sure he can still spin 275 tires, it's not that big of a size, i don't see what the big deal is.

Have 4.30 gears - it'll spin threw 2nd from a 5mph roll with the 27/10.50 ET Streets I have now- with the tires cold it'll spin half way through 3rd

I have a 15x8 Weld Prostar w/ 5.5"BS have a 3/16" spacer on them also right now as they used to rub on the inner fender

No quads (83 didn't have them)

Outer lips are rolled - the inner fender is beat in a bit

Height isn't the issue for my car after dropping 75lbs or so from the inside of the car it's the width- Discount tires website says the 275's are 3/4" wider than the 27's(255/60)-

Between your wheels, spacers, rolled fenders and lack of quad shocks, they should fit fine.

THIS is what I don't want to do- also REALLY not wanting to take a sledge hammer to the inner fenders to get the fenders flush with the frame rails

Here it's on 28-11.5-15's quick time pros which are a tad bigger than my 275 Hossier's were.

With that much pounded out, no quads, and that wheel spacing setup, they will fit.

We will see - I ended up getting a pair off Nitto's on discounttire.com cause going through a local source I'd have to have my car on stands for a week or so while the tires got swapped out

I bet my 27's aren't 1/2" from the inner fender now..

I have 275/60 on my car with a rim with 5.5 back spacing.
Only had to do the bottom of the wheelwells.
