Dry. I have never had an issue with the cometics I have put on on multiple different platforms.I love the hate, gives me a new purpose.

I run them with copper spray for good mesure.

Yep, sprayed both sides with copper spray. Haven't had an issue and that was in the fall of '08 when the cometics went in.
