Any electrical people oil pressure safety switch

Alright i have it mostly figured out the only part i cant understand is the optional oil pressure warning light part. I have never seen the symbol used i assume its a type of light but have no idea if its one that only needs one to power it such as how the 65 mustang blinker indicator works, where it only uses one light for the blinker.

Im looking at figure 2 bottom right. Here is what im doing, the fuel pump already has a relay so this is just to activate the pump. Im using a summit harness that has a fuel pump fused wire. I am running the fuel pump fused wire to the I or right side terminal of the switch. To the top or S terminal im running a wire from the starter solenoid this is a by pass that allows the pump to turn on while cranking. To the left side or P terminal i am running a wire to the fuel pump to activate it.

The part im confused on is the warning light the dotted line with the circle and a loop in the circle. Is this a specific type of light socket? Also how would this work if im hooking power up to the light being that the I or right side terminal would have power with the ignition in the on position and the other wire on the light would be hooked directly to the wire running back to the fuel pump. Wouldnt this turn the pump on with the ignition on or ...

Any help would be great i know it sounds dumb to do all this work just for a warning light but i am. Thanks

It is just how the picture shows it. The light power is the hot going to the oil switch and light ground is the hot going from the switch to the fuel pump. You have to use a two wire light socket. The light uses the fuel pump as the ground. Once you have oil pressure the sender completes the circuit and the light turns off.
