    TRITON V10? Good or Bad?

    what are the peoples comments on the Ford Triton V10?

    Found a van with one, not sure about it though.

      Overall its cheaper to drive a v10 than a 6.0 powerstroke.

          No. Its a 5.4 with 2 more cylinders. Very good motors.

            Nope. The cost to keep a powerstroke running and the amount of fuel the v10 uses its cheaper to have the v10.

                    I drive one very frequently an love it. Lots of power, sometimes too much for it's own good. If you granny drive at 55 without a load, it isn't too hard on gas.

                            I bought an older one last fall. 234,000 miles on it. Works good (crossing fingers). I did put a fuel pump, filter and pressure regulator in it.

                              Awesome, I will check this van out in more detail. I really don't want a diesel van. And I feel like the 4.6 would be too weak, but a 5.4 would be fine.

                              Good to hear people like these motors, I dontt really know anyrthing about a V10!
