    best front tires for street/auto x

    I have 18x9 front rims and i need new front tires this spring. What are the best bang for your buck for street/road-course/auto-x use.

    Also what is best size? right now i have 275 40 18s and they looks good and fits well.

    auto for auto-x?

    Ull be in a diff class with aftermarket tires and depending on the size and type of tire.

      My current car is a 5speed

      I am not to worried about a class this year i will just be starting out this year in a few MAS novice class. Other wise i have only done a few road-courses with no classes given.

          How many miles do you drive a year?
          The NT01 is a good tire with good grip.
          555r would prob get you more miles but you will not have as much grip.

            Last year I think I did about 10k

            Nt 555 have 300 rating Nt-01 is 100 and nt05s have 200

            But you think a Nitto tire?

              Probably do a NT 05

              Unless someone know a better brand

                I run nitto nt555's on my drift / daily / auto x car and I have absolutly no complaints with running them on the front. But this year I think iam going to try out the yokohama advan neova ad 08's the only thing is thay they. Are expensive but from what I've seen and heard they are well worth the price
