Flat black rim finish

Looking at getting a set of the flat black rims for my 67 stang. I have had other flat black powder coated items on my car and in less then a year they have faded and looked like shit. I was wondering if anyone has ran these rims and have they faded? Anyone know about the finish they use and is it going to fade? Here is the link to the rims.
