cam bearing questions

So I had new cam bearings installed in my 302 block- I installed a retro roller cam in it once and now the bearings have little dimples in them from the installation/removal of said cam

it spun freely like it should but is it safe to run as is? OR should I tear it back down and have new ones put in again?
