    7.3L Powerstroke code readers

I recently got a 1999 PS and found out my hand held scanner does not work on this truck. Anybody got recommendations on a hand held scanner that can read codes and maybe give real time data? I am looking to spend $300 or less but if I need to spend more so be it.

I currently have an Equus 1303/3130 with real time data and storage capabilities. It is just that it does not read the PS computer.

Any OBD II scanner should work reading codes. I know my SCT x-cal II tuner for my 05 PS will read anything with a OBD II. Most Auto parts stores will have a OBDII reader for rent or just check it in the lot. As far as "real time" readings, it will not.

By the way, I have a hypertech power programmer III part #41007 that will work wonders in that truck. I used it in my 99 and it made a night and day difference.

I know this isn't a for sale thread but PM me if intertested.
