I love the look of turbo v8s but can't chance doing it to my nailhead. Is it possible to run it at 1 psi or some other extremely harmless setting. I know they used to do hollowed out blower housings bit have never seen a turbo do the same ... Ideas?

You could set one at 1-2psi for mpg.Originally posted by LTDpowerTCS auto ftlOriginally posted by FernanernieWhen someone calls you a racist, tell them: You try watching your peaceful, clean, safe town that you grew up in and loved turn into a dirty, crime- and drug-ridden shithole all at the hands of one segment of the population and then come tell me I don't have the right to loathe the perpetrators.

The idea is I want a turbo. But I don't want to blow up my nailhead. This seems small as I already put out more than this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/STAGE...ht_4979wt_1002Last edited by taank; 09-18-2010, 10:57 PM.Jake H.

Big enough so you dont haz back pressure between turbo and intake manifold.Originally posted by taank View PostSingle or dual
But id say atleast make it usefull on 6-8psi. And dont use a ebay turbo.Originally posted by LTDpowerTCS auto ftlOriginally posted by FernanernieWhen someone calls you a racist, tell them: You try watching your peaceful, clean, safe town that you grew up in and loved turn into a dirty, crime- and drug-ridden shithole all at the hands of one segment of the population and then come tell me I don't have the right to loathe the perpetrators.

What does a typical turbo car run for psi? The nailhead has extremely small exhaust valves can't push it muchOriginally posted by sn95GT View PostBig enough so you dont haz back pressure between turbo and intake manifold.
