well if the trans doesnt have a vss signal it wont shift.
sounds like a computer problem or a fuse or a broken wire somewhere
That many things localized like that, I would want to say fuse as well.

Why spend all that money just to get a worn out copy of a small block Ford? It's going to be in the junk yard for a reason. I understand you have a religion called LS motors and you have faith that the LS motors break the laws of physics and work better and cost less than anything else ever built. Plus they never wear out.
All fuses are good checked the ignition switch. Thinking it might very well be the pcm. All this started in one shebang. Every fuse is getting 13.5 some 13.9 almost forgot it will shift via solus scanner.

Did a check on all the wiring its getting power the tranny just won't shift checked all the fuses still no tach unless the harness is unplugged from the tranny. Tried changing the fuses around being a real head scratcher.

I figured it out.. its the cross thing on the front and back. Checked the entire harness and plugs no luck. I haven't found a broken or bad ground wire yet I have cleaned all I have found via the wiring schematic. Full day wasted. Has to be a relay or sensor or some damn thing.

How is that a day wasted? You so far know what its not, now you are closer to narrowing down what it is. Keep on keeping on, but remember, time spent isn't necessarily time wasted.
