    Clouding headlight lenses

    Randy

Do you recommend a certain product over the others? Plastic ones, if that matters.

Or if TCS in general has used a product and can confirm/deny success with said products, that would work also

I've had luck with the turtle wax 4 step kit for like $12. Then once done seal them.

      Seems to work pretty well

Most the kits are the same, polishing compound and a sealer wax. Some have the pads and sand paper included.

I've had good luck just using some compound that I use for paint (Meguiars 105) and a medium cutting pad on my buffer. None of the lights I've worked on were so bad that they needed to be sanded first.

For a quick temporary fix Aluminum polish works really well. If you have a ton of time to dick around and you can paint worth half a shit sanding, polishing, and clear coating is best.
