Not to be argumentatatatative, but wouldn't a smaller slick be closer, since the slick's 'width' is the actual tread width, and the radial's 'width' is the sidewall width?

M/T says their 315/60-15 is 30" dia, 12.9" sidewall width, and 11.9" tread width. Their 29.5x11.5-15 is pretty close overall, at 29.9" diameter, 11.1" tread, and 13.6" sidewall. Also, the slick will obviously grow more than the drag radial, so it will be taller at the big end.

Just some things to consider.

Yes you are correct.....I was refering to the overall dimensions of the 315/60-15 as being 30x13.50-15. The actual "slick size" closest to that would be the 29.5x11.5-15....you sir are right!!!! SORRY

I haven't on any of ours. Most of the ones we have done tubeless have been unscrewed as well...

If you dont tube your slicks they will get low or go flat every week,they are pouris.(sp).

I got the tires today, I got the 29.5x11.5-15. When I measured them they are 2 inches taller than the ones I got now and I don't know if they will fit now. You were not the only one I asked either and they all gave the same dimesions saying that was the matching tire to what I have
