My Norm's experience
I recently purchased some new tires for my daily driver through Norm's. I was looking forward to seeing Nick during my visit at Norm's, however he was not there. I think he was out playing with his new racecar. As sad as I was that I didn't get to see him, I was well taken care of by the other employees.
During my visit I consumed several complimentary bottles of water from their exquisite customer lounge.
My request for the wheel weights to be on the inside of the wheels was granted.
My request to keep one of the useable tires was granted. They placed it in a clean-large tire bag and placed it in the trunk.
I even asked for directions to get to the other side of town and somebody grabbed a map and we plotted my course.
Upon paying for my tires the employees found that Nick had already set up my entire bill. There were no surprises other than the labor discount(they have coupons on their website!) that Nick had already included in the total per our previous conversation. I should also mention that Nick was able to beat a very well known online tire supplier's pricing per my request.
A couple hours after leaving Norm's I recieved a phone call from Nick. He must have known his absence was felt and called to make sure everything went okay.
Just yesterday I recieved a thank you card from Norm's and it was even autographed by Nick himself!!! OMG!!
My business was earned before, during, and after my actual purchase.
