i bought a mizuno frenzy this winter, i swung it in the cages a couple times, i know the cages arent really a direct show of how it will hit in the field, but compared to my other bats hitting the cage balls, this frenzy is the shit...its the usssa version, i want the asa but i only play one asa league and i have a decent bat for that already, but if your looking to get a hot bat this year, try a frenzy...

they make two versions for each association, a 12.5" barrel and a 14" barrel, i got the 12.5" barrel cuz its end loaded since i crush monster bombs...actually i dont, but anyways, sweet bat

....who knows this year, still have the mayhem that seems to work well for everyone and the Jeff Hall Mutant started kickin ass at the end of last year, so that may light it up early this year...I'm sure I'll end up picking up something else along the way though..I usually do...

like i said ive only hit it in the cages so its hard to tell cuz the balls are so much softer, but it feels like it...i admit i roll alot of my bats since with mn weather its hard to get enough BP in to break them in, but i wont be rolling the frenzy, mizuno has always been kinda fragile cuz they usually are hot out of the wrapper...im pretty sure it will be fine...i also sent back my broken freak LE this winter and got the replacement, i hit in the cages and it seems dead as hell compared to the frenzy...the LE last year was by far my fav bat till she broke

im playin sunday/monday/wednesday and fridays when i can make them, ill have to pass on thursday but thanks for the offer for reals...i got a kid due in april so the three nights and the sometimes fridays was hard enough to convince her haha

If your looking for something hot out of the wrapper, and are playing in a USSSA League, i Recommend a Freak +. Very good bat for the Money.

Well I just picked up a 06 mizuno wrath 120 34/26 NIW. I went to sports authority (have a $50 gift card there) and didn't like any of the gloves in the coon rapids store. Looking at the eden prairie store next week maybe.

My glove isn't has bad as I remember it, but it should be retired. I am excited to see what this bat does here. I haven't found teams to play on (except for my usssa co-ed work league in Eden Prairie, but that really doesn't count) and didn't want to risk buying a bat and having it not be legal for all leagues.

Thanks for the bat rec Joe, I was looking at the freaks as well, but for $150 for the wrath, I think it was a good deal.

So, who needs an outfielder?
