I’m torn on this one. I love the Mustang for all its nostalgia, malleability, and to top it off it is a cheaper car that is fairly well built. However, the M3 is likely a more solid feeling car, better handling, and will have a much better resale value.

Really? Most of the stuff over $50k cuts in half when it leaves the lot, simple reason is anyone who can afford a $50k used car can just buy a $60k new one.
Amazing how that piece of shit old school solid axle Mustang can pull .97g around the circle (with shitty connecting rods no less).
Ford did a test. Beefier connecting rods ruined the front/rear weight distribution of the Mustang and reduced the cornering ability down to as much as .61G. The shitty rods won out for overall performance.
