lolz, yeah i cant hear you guys saying "DONT SIT DOWN" while riding that thing But i was more kneeling after i launched then sitting down

I eventually figured out to stay standing up. Just needed to lock the knees and not worry about biffing the sled.

You don't want to lock your knees. That's a good way to really hurt yourself. Take your legs as cushions IMO.

Yeah, locking them probably wasnt the best idea, but whenever i tried not too i my legs would give out and i would crouch down further on the sled dropping the nose.

Oh well, it was a good end of the season ride.

Well have to be realistic with my situation. Dont have a truck or trailer, have to rely on other people to haul my shit, upper 30's all next week with no chance of snow. Plus if it does snow, it wont last long enough to plan a trip around.

Doesnt mean i wont sled around my dads if it snows, im just being realistic here. Plus there were some pretty good mud tracks of the trail yesterday, so the trails where we went were already disintegrating.

Well heres hoping we get a good 10 to 15 inch snow storm in march, because thats what we will need to have some sort of decent riding.

I agree, sledding can wait for next year, I almost drove the death trap with the top down and sled gear on last night

Johns sled on pavement pulls hard... On snow... not so much
Kyles 440... Pulls good. Still not faster than my old ass polaris
Gregs 500. Just as fast as ours. All that track hooks nicely. No track spin there
Daves 650 (my dads) is still the fastest frum roll
