It is proven that its not possible to beat the Super Snake by this motor trend test the results are actually the opposite. Thats why I posted it, to prove that the Super Snake is perfection.

Back in 03 Motortrend tested the mach1 to a 13.8@104mph 1/4 mile... When I bought my car, after 2 weeks I took it to the track. It was the first time I was taking a stick shift to the track, and only the second car ever for me taken down the track - old one being a 15s 96 gt auto. Basically, on my first run w/ a stickshift I equaled their time. On my second I bested it by .2. The next week I found out not to shift the thing at 6800 rpm where it makes no power, and beat motortrend by .4...

Basically, a non driving monkey in a 270rwhp car can outdrive their 'pro' drivers. I'd love to see what I could do with a stock mach now that I know how to launch and shift right

I'd still take the super snake, but i wouldn't exactly say the gtr has no torque 393 ft pounds at all four wheels doesn't seem to bad to me. It'd probably make a fun winter beater

I keep my eyes on the GTR forums so I can rip on them non stop about this, now I dont hear about it anymore so that kinda sucks. I'm guessing its because 99.99% of them are in a junk yard after their transmissions exploded.

Well thats just it Motor Trend always seems to have someone feeding money into their pockets to "make" results that way they want them too. And it even goes from GM. I remember they tested an 01 F-body LS1 to a 13.6 @ 105 in the 1/4, I ran a 12.9 @ 108mph in a stock stock Z-28 that same year. They tested an 03 Lightning to a 13.8 at 99mph, yet mine went 13.3 @ 103mph stock.....I mean having minor descrepancies is one thing but thats a huge differance. Evan Smith drove the 2008 SuperSnake to a 10.8 @ 134mph with just some good tires out back. ( http://www.musclemustangfastfords.co.../run_time.html ) Motor Trend got 120mph out of it? Something is seriously fishy.
