Taken around 1970-1971, these were pictures my Father took of different ways people hauled their carpet home from his store. For may years they were displayed on a post in his store. I recently scanned a few of them and thought I'd share.


This was always one of my favorites. Can you imagine someone doing such a thing with their Daytona today?




Another of my favorites. This car would be worth a buck or two today. Gotta love the old flat bed trailer - hell most Pro Bracket guys have better trailers than this!

Never hauled carpet, but I know for a fact that you can fit a screen door in the back of a Thirdgen and shut the hatch.
