How would you read $0.0045?

I'd wager that not just some, but MOST people on this forum would say "point zero zero four five cents" or "point zero zero forty-five cents".

Most people, just like how they read $0.45 as "forty-five cents" will read $0.0045 as "zero zero forty-five cents" but they'll put a "point" in front of their sentence, since there are leading zeros (so to speak). It's just how a lot of people think.
