This is a factory block, and it's not a nascar engine. Maybe just aluminum valve covers, I can't really tell.

American cars pretty much use the same engine in everything they race... everywhere. Other companies have to build special engines that they don't offer in any other vehicles just to compete. A 1 size fits all approach seems pretty versatile they seem to be competitive everywhere too.
