Things like that are huge recruiting tools, and for an up and coming program like Oregon has right now, that facility will be very beneficial to them in the next few seasons when they get some big name recruits.

Just think of how building that excessive locker room contributed to the local economy, let alone providing a comfortable facility for those fine athletes to get ready for their games and feel comfy. This will enable student athletes to become fine upstanding citizens which will undoubtedly apply their learnings back to society for building such a fine locker room.
