I am gonna build something like that next month in WI.
I am tired of being cold, and like the noise reduction an enclosed stand offers as well. I always put a rug down so i can move my feet quietly.

nice stand, my dad built something like that 2 years ago, he put walls, a roof, & windows on it. Even put a propane heater, "that's not hunting" I got my deer first last year so i sat in it & fell asleep with in a half hour.

My mom moved out 5 or 6 years ago. I was out 12 years ago. Damn I feel old sometimes.
