Finally got the ol' Ford out

[1989MustangGT]

After 5 years in storage I got a wild hair and brought my 1964 F100 4x4 out of storage. This here is my favorite vehicle ever. Long story short it has sentimental value to it as my dad restored this truck when I was 6 or 7 it took him a few years. The beginning of my senior year in highschool he told me I could have it if I graduated. I rebuilt the engine did some body work and repainted it in school. I can see sitting has caused the paint to fade some and rust bubbles are poping up. I guess in a few more years if I find the time I will have to do it all over again. Funny after 5 years of sitting it started right up but it sure did sound like a tractor.

80's called they say its time for a re style... i kid... I just watched gears ondemand and stacy was talking about how that is so old fasion and out of date... I like it...

maybe one of these days I will get my 69 convertible out of its polebarn demise and finish it... I almost have all of the parts I need to finish it... after collecting for 4 years...

Cool, I love the old Ford Trucks. I had a 1957 when I first got married I wish I could have that and my 1948 F1 back.

4x4 was a special ordered back then and where mostly f250's. A F100 like this is harder to find.
