Been having any issues lately? Mine went to shit over the weekend and still isn't doing any better. Weird part is, no latency... and sites like speedtest come back blazing fast. Methinks they've started filtering again (sandvine), since it's mainly sites like youtube/hulu/etc that are slow as shit.
