When I worked at a warehouse, it seemed fedex drivers cared more about what happened to a package than UPS. Our warehouse dealt with computer parts and the UPS drivers always tossed the boxes whereas the fedex guys carried them.
Funny how I worked for UPS Logistics and I saw how much better the FedEx guys were

I had 3 home speakers that I shipped insured for $5000, all packaged properly in original shipping containers, double boxes, marked fragile, this side up, do not drop etc.
What happened? They looked like they were thrown off a building. Thanks to UPS!
After 2 months of BS It worked out for me in the end, I ended up pocketing another $1500 on my end because of UPS' dumbass employees.

yea i work at fedex we put most of the packages in containers compared to ups that bulk-loads everything.. so fedex damages less stuff and its a big thing about handling them.. so i know how it is between them
