41 hours wouldn't be as big of a deal if he had a clock. I could do it (be a pain in the ass) with a watch or something, but without it I'd probably go mad.

I can somewhat see it being as a life changing experience....Your brain can change from having an experience like that. Stuck in an elevator, an alarm bell blaring, wondering if they will pull your corpse out a week later...Knowing that there's people only a few feet away that could help you. That shit can fuck you up!
