my dad had started it being restored by this guy in wisconsin but he was the worst thing that ever happened to it. he put on parts from cars of different years and instead of trying to make things fit he would jam it in and then he used bondo....lot's of bondo. that was all done in '95 I think. so he noticed the horrible work he took the car back and in '98 or '99 had it restored by a friend named glen who did an excellant job fixing all the things that went wrong thanks to the other guy. then my dad died of cancer about 2 years ago while the car was still being finished and while organizing aa class action lawsuit against the wisconsin guy with some other people who had been screwed by him. now i'm working to get some of the minor stuff that needs to be done finished so it can be complete.

Sorry to hear about your dad. It's good that you and him had a hobby to share before he passed away. Hopefully you will be able to hang on to that car forever, sorta like a living memorial for him.
