Well, They have some of the ingredients you need to make stuff glow.

Hydrogen peroxide is used.
Distilled Water is Used.
Sodium Carbonate (baking soda's lol not arm&hammer)

Things MT Dew doesnt have

-Copper Sulfate pentahyrdate (taking oxidized copper IE the green crud and melting it in sulfuric acid will produce this) Or using bleach on a full copper penny ground to dust to oxidize then seperating the power and mixing it with a 50/50 of sulfuric acid i believe though with hydrogen peroxide you could just toss a good ole penny into it.
-Luminol, The thing that makes stuff glow. Cant have glowy stuff without that.

OR

You could buy a 16oz bottle from http://www.crimescene.com/store/inde...roducts_id=132 and mix it in the dew bottle and say you did it?
